American Legacy Academy is a public charter school. Enrollment is open to all eligible students and will not be denied based on race, color, national origin, sex, disability, religion, language, or academic ability. If applications exceed capacity, admission will be determined by a public lottery in accordance with federal and state law.

Applying does not guarantee enrollment. If the number of applications exceeds available seats, a lottery will be held. Students not selected will be placed on a waitlist in randomized order.
