Donating to American Legacy Academy’s 501(c)(3)

American Legacy Charter Schools, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit that operates American Legacy Academy. All gifts directly support our students, teachers, and programs—and may provide valuable tax benefits.

• Federal Deduction: Contributions to a 501(c)(3) are generally deductible on your federal income taxes if you itemize.
   
• Arizona State Tax Credit: You may also claim a dollar-for-dollar credit of up to $400 (joint filers) or $200 (single) for donations to public and charter schools under A.R.S. §43-1089.01.
   
• Carryforward: Unused portions may be carried forward for up to five years.
